If you have visited this site looking for assistance with the e-cards website, we're very sorry but we cannot help you.  We are a software company only: we do not have access to Jacquie Lawson's customer database and we cannot undertake technical support on their behalf.

The website includes a comprehensive set of help pages which answer 99% of all questions about their service.  If your question is not answered on those pages, please follow the instructions carefully, and you will reach a page where you can submit your help request directly to their helpline.  The people manning their helpline are experts and they will get back to you, although at busy times please allow a few days for a response.

If after a few days you have not received a response, check your spam filters and make sure that you are not blocking email from The usual reason for people not receiving replies is that their spam filter is blocking them!
